Update: The event was a huge success!  We had 5 Supra's racing and a great time was had by all!  With a wide variety of cars and skill levels, the experienced guys showed us all a thing or three about driving and the first timers are totally hooked!  We are planning on doing another track day in October or November.  Whether you race or not, you have to come out, hang out, enjoy some bbq and some great cars tearing it up on the track!  We'll have pictures up soon, but for now you can check out these.

On Saturday, August 14th, FSR will be asking our customers to come out an join us for a Speed Ventures road racing event at California Speedway in Fontana.  We will be bringing out lots of tools, a bbq, and renting a couple garages.  Racing starts early, but if you don't want to race, just come hang out.  It is a potluck, so everyone should bring something.  If you want to race your car, you'll just need to sign up on their website.  Make sure to mention FSR in order to get $10 off.  For those interested in racing, go over the safety rules on the Speed Ventures website.  The car can be very basic, and doesn't need to be fast or modified; especially if you are a beginner.  If you'd like to have your car looked over before the race day, let us know soon, as we are booked up!
